Mentoring has been part of the professional development process here at the Perth Integrated Health Group of Companies over 40 years. The fundamentals of mentoring conducted by Ian Wee, no doubt took place from the formative years in the Army and though the style and the application differs in this modern age – the fundamentals of what a leader needs remains the same.
Ian Wee has ben cultivating the Health & Business Consultancy now for over 30 years and with it the experience has stemmed from his time as Networking Chairperson at the chamber of commerce level to the cultivation of his own group of then young Managers, CEOs and Directors in an era where age seemed to make a difference to the perception of responsibility and leadership.
Times have changed and with it, the understanding of the style and the needs of the emerging leader now sees Ian at the helm as Chairperson of the Business Networking Group.
This Group meets on a regular basis at specific venues which in turn supports synergistic partners and businesses and through this means and referrals, many seek mentorship for either their own direction in leadership or at the organisational level.
Collaboration and support of other consultancies and businesses that can assist Ian’s mentorship clients is what he takes pride in cultivating. To the untrained eye, it appears to be a mesh of connections but one has but to attend one of his networking sessions to realise that leads, contacts and outcomes are nurtured and developed with the focus of ethics, mutually positive outcomes and supportive community outreach.

I'm also very interested to know your protocols for spinal rehab as reducing medicine or pain killers on high levels of chronic pain is very interesting.
